I would suggest to you that you could look within and repeatedly speak on how you feel about your position on this earth in a simple way that can be repeated like for instance:
I know that I’m destined for greatness.
I am a well deserved child of the universe.
Those are just two suggestions that I use .
It’s all about figuring out what resonates with you though.
This book really helped me with a lot of my meditations so if you would look into it I believe it would help you too🤍
