I HIGHLY RECOMMEND yaw go get one of these incase the power goes out…you can be warm by plugging you up a mini heater and charge your electronics…If power go out stuff like this, having water and non refrigerated foods (canned) and candles will be worth more then money and you will be able to survive!

I been in the gym (athlete all my life) but if yaw just seen God 40 acre and mule lecture then you know what time it is 👁💪🏾 Motivation for the unmotivated 6 am in the Chi and fresh off a 12 hour shift NO EXCUSES you don’t need a gym either, go get you a push-up/pull-up bar and a couple lil dumbbells and you good or just do lots of push ups/situp/squats at home you don’t need weights calisthenics best way to go anyway…Peace reflections 👁

Really tired of talking at this point, it’s good we woke but just talking about it and reposting posts ain’t gone cut it. Today I took the initiative to print out copies of the facts OUR PEOPLE need to be reminded about. I’ll be placing them random places where I feel a lot of OUR PEOPLE will be able to see. I started with the gym and my job giving one to a Goddes/Manager while also texting it to random people and later on setting them around throughout my job just to put it in they heads My goal is for OUR PEOPLE to get pissed at being reminded about what they did to us, to hopefully spark something to start getting results in taking OUR planet back. Now we rise 👁

We haven’t gotten any snow in Chicago. It’s usually blizzards around this time but past couple years our winters been less and less snow and now we gettin 60 degree weather in middle of December. Planet Ki really getting back to her true self and our sun really heating up
