Today is Tuesday I think. The 15th. I dont feel wobbly anymore but still vibrating all over and little muscles pops here and there still.....the anxiety is gone. In my backyard again....watching the clouds "get the hell out of here!"..while waiting for that Sun disk to line up with this light that is right beside it. Once that disk in the sky and this light source line up....then Brother shines thru it.....weird but true. My body is vibrating and muscles popping hear and there... anxiety.

I feel terrible ..... not wanting to do anything but sit in my backyard and not move a muscle. Feeling very wobbly because I haven't eaten anything for 4 days. Today is the 4th day and it is now 5PM Pacific Time and I gave in and ate one tortilla with cheese.
