Been redoing that root chakra meditation. No matter how much they try to block the sun and how much cold air they push in, especially here in “Long Island, NY”, I still make sure I go out and ground and get that photon energy and plasma energy, and everytime I finish that sky always clear up and that sun come out. I definitely haven’t been focused on my chakras for a while and but I’m ready to finish unblocking them. #FreeRashadJamal and definitely go tune back into them chakra meditations #NowWeRise
