Absolutely! Our bodies is overloaded with toxins so your body is literally trying to clean you out but we continually put toxins in so we continually bleed. Our period is supposed to be that a period a dot when you wipe. Women who bleed more than a day which is all women are literally hemorrhaging. This is what I know my family and I went plant based vegans 2 years ago and my period has went from 7 full days to 4 days only heavy on 2nd day and the 5th day is just spotting. Soon I’ll be a free bleeder which is just a lol blood when you wipe !
