For some reason I just felt like Staring at myself in a dark screen but when I did for about 20 seconds I noticed my eyes where gone, The moment I realized that I was instantly paralyzed and fell back in my bed , and started to feel really sleepy, I was struggling to keep my eyelids open while something grasped my neck and something grey shadow tried to cover my right eye. It lasted about a minute. before It decided to give up I guess.
I had sleep paralysis and I've seen shadows as well but I stopped having them since 19 years old .. so idk what happened , usually they say sleep paralysis is also your astral body coming back before u wake up
Something be trying to suffocate me
I self induce sleep paralysis I imagine it like slowly shutting down the body bringing consciousness into the mind space or 💺
