I deff do especially now the messages i get is so clear the world is so clear i can finally control my innersealf in the dimensions i go to in what we call sleep, i sleep with my amethyst and rose quartz raw stone, sometimes citrine or i have my black tourmaline bracelet or selenite wand on so i can have extra protection from those who try to attack me or screw my mind, its a must tor me to have them when i "sleep" now its deff a difference when i do without. I say my commands to my subconscious before i go to sleep and talk to my crystals before hand and cleanse with selenite before hand, im still trying to put all the pieces together from what i "dream"
