So one of my classmates/ youth teammates older brother died in police custody Back in January. He suffer from mental illness and instead of sending him to the hospital they sent him to jail. they just now releasing the finial minutes of my classmate brother life. the thoughts that running through my head right now about those officers who killed him.....smh . I know I wasn’t supposed to watch that video and allow them to hardness my energy... I know better but y’all 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I feel you reflection We all all do. We are going to avenge him. In a good way to do that is while you're training and exercising and meditating think about the ones you love that they hurt one way or another and harnessed that to empower you because when it comes to f*** them up you be well equipped and empowered and they will fall for doing that to him.
