If his intention is helping us, why charge for the knowledge?

I’ve read through all of these comments and they are extremely helpful since I know there’s people on here who have these exact same questions but haven’t asked any questions.

My question in all of this is;

I can relax my body/mind to suck a degree to where I become aware of my own heartbeat, I'm able slow it down a bit too too, and I’ve been told that once I feel that my own heartbeat, that THAT is what I want to focus on.

However, when I try to relax my breathing even more, in attempt to synchronize it w/ Ki/Tiamat, I feel some sort of tug-&-pull, or in other words, it can be better described as “pressure” on my heart/soul area which makes it intensely difficult for me to go further.

I end up feeling the "need" to breath and as I try to combat against this, I tell myself "I was never born so I can never die. I am not the body" etc. But to no avail, I end up breathing a bit more to fill my lungs with air and kind of lose concentration, even after repeated attempts.

Any advice on this? Maybe I’m focusing on the wrong thing? Maybe I'm missing a crucial step?

I personally think it’s because you are stopping most of your organs to tap in to certain parts, when you should be slowing it down as much as possible or fast as possible, because everything is in motion, and if your organs stop having motion, it’ll recognize that and it’ll send you to how you are “normally”

Ok well maybe you should change your methods if you don’t see any results. Do you meditate? Are you implementing high frequency thought into everything you do? Are you truly seeking truth, wisdom and knowledge. I’m not perfect in my methods but I do my best. I kno in my soul this is real I can just feel it it’s intuition. Keep at it answers will be revealed as time goes on. If you look at the world it’s sheesh being revealed. Do you think your third eye is open?

I don't really have a meditation routine basically because i don't know if i do it right and it may be true that i dont put high-frequency on my actions very often, Thank you for that. Yes, the main things im seeking right now in life are peace and wisdom! About my third eye, I think it is, but i dont know, my conciousness expanded in a second, it just snapped, and its like i got out of some type of mind cage, but just because of that there is whole new level of doubts, higher ones. Have you ever been able to experiment/experience about this, other than your intuition? And again, Thank you so much for your time and words, they mean a lot, especially nowadays.

I think you should ask you self questions instead of doubting, you mentioned how you don’t know if your’e mediating right, when “we” are all different, “we” are all on spectrums of energy, so you resignate with something than most others don't, use those energies or “basic” energies like “the 5 senses” to tap in, instead of allowing free thoughts to run your mind, keep your thoughts in a high vibration, question your self, tap in to the energies (InnerG’s) you have been experiencing.

I started with l.s.d years ago and done shrooms, I mention this also because you mentioned it, but act as if every thing, every thought, every energy, could have a impact, those “trips” you go through are just a layer of the reality you see in the physical, the “trips” a part of a spectrum that makes the world, I don’t want to say too much cuz “the officials” be watching 🤫😉
