I just resubscribed to the University last night and I cannot watch any of the live lectures either
Ok I’m a log out and do everything you told me
The same info I am using for my mobile I am using for my pc I do not know why it is doing this maybe the email is messed up my email I have as my login is not the same as what appears on website this is alarming

Sometimes the website log you out when you hitting through the tabs to know you logged in before you select live lectures you should see ya pic at the top of the menu options like this

Have you guys checked the email that you signed up with? There are directions on how. Check your junk email. I finally fixed the problem. Also, sign out and change your password.
