I did it yesterday and I myself was astounded at what showed up. This was a 3 part clearing. At the 3rd step my right shoulder started with this excruciating pain and I began to shiver, although I was dressed in warm clothing. The pain continued and I didn’t feel any relief until towards the end of the session. I already suggested to try it out to get rid of old and new shiiit. It doesn’t cost a thing just willingness to do it and relax. When I look at some of the mess some of you are going through it shows you haven’t been doing the work. That’s up to you from now on everyone is responsible for themselves. Although we move as a group it’s your own personal journey.
