Sleeping on a concrete floor without basic amenities, including food, hygiene products, and spiritual books, Rashad has been deprived of his rights.
šļø Rashads cell lacks a bed and he has not eaten in 12 days , leading to significant weight loss. Despite repeated requests, regular phone privileges, visitation approval, and acd and has not eaten in 12 days, leading to significantcess to commissary have been denied.
