When I’m looking at things I’m tryna move I look at the aura of it but it’s like the air before you get to the object you’ll feel energy leaving you and feel the connection when your energy grasps it don’t focus your eyes to hard gazing makes it easier what feels right to you will be best for you though I’m a beginner like you well I think so
Kulbeans I play around with paper but I love to be talking to my hugging tree it’s an acorn tree an few smaller animals like birds I think a raven talked to to from in the tree tops it has been going on for few months maybe a year now. Anytime I am in the back deck area he speaks back an answer me
