The first thing you can do is start working on you. We are all actors here playing a role in the ORIGIN,s Creation. Now youâre going to find out which role you,re acting out. Start by paying attention to how you react to family members when they,re acting focus on what is going on inside of you, where are you feeling a reaction and how does it make you feel? Angry, hurt, stressed out. Sit with it for a while and ask yourself why is this making me feel this way? Your answer will come. I canât tell you how, but you may hear someone say something or you may see something strange or perhaps on social media you have to be vigilant. If the answer doesnât come right away you can work on those feelings. The best way to balance energies is with sound. Your own sound is the best. You can use the vowels a, e, I, o, u. There,re specific sounds for the organs but this is ok. Start with the a and feel where it resonates and in that organ you chant a etc. Our bodies and instruments and they function like a symphony orchestra if you have ever listened to classical music thereâs harmony all the instruments and the players of them are in harmony with each other. The same goes for the body. The body has a rhythm and it must be in harmony to function properly. This is an easy way to learn about Self. You will immediately know where you,re vibrating when you pay attention to your feelings and where they are coming from. About â€ïž no need to worry about that, thatâs already preprogrammed in your â€ïž Self love once you love you, you will have love for everyone and everything. Hi Jacob I hope you donât mind me helping out a bit about whatâs going on, so you may have a better understanding and can move forward. Before you came to this realm you chose your mom , your family and environment. Your first purpose is to find out what it is and secondly to work out your own karma and maybe generational karma. You also chose your name, go find out what it means itâs going to tell you about your nature. If you have a natal chart it will reveal to you more but itâs not necessary. The only thing thatâs needed from you is paying attention to Self, thoughts, feelings and where your emotions are focused. Itâs not an easy task but itâs worth it. I will explain to you how you do this normally I donât like moving backwards I move forward or upward. The past you canât change because itâs gone and the future is Now. Let,s talk about emotions. Emotions are actually the Orishas I know it may sound crazy but thatâs a fact. These emotions sit in the organs and where your focus goes your energy follows. It doesnât matter what it is your feelings are going to act up to the energy that is in motion. I am going to point out the organs where emotions are stored. 1. The â€ïž - emotions hate, fear, cruelty impatience (color red, đ„ ) + emotions love, joy, happiness. 2. The Kidneys - emotions fear, phobia, trauma ( color blue đ§) + emotions strong will, fulfilling your purpose, clear ideas, good feelings. 3. The lungs - emotions stress, sadness, depression ( color white metal) + emotions courage, righteousness. 4. Liver, gallbladder, eyes - emotions anger, ( color green, woods) + emotions kindness, generosity 5. Spleen, pancreas, stomach - emotions anxiety, worry, mistrust ( color yellow, trees) + emotions fairness, openness, trust.
