Using crystals

Peace God's and Goddesses. I have a little some thats been heavy on my soul and no one to truly talk about it with. So me and 2cousins got together last Saturday chilling at my crib and we were all talking. Then we got on the touchy subject of Jesus. And one thing let to another. So one of my cousins goes on to say yeah I heard yu talkn about crystals and uma just tell yu. She said everything not for everybdy cuz Jesus is real. Then she said her sister got possessed using crystals and tryna do tarot readings. I told her man I don't use no tarot and all that stuff. And spirituality is not about all that its about being one with self knowing who yu are etc.then she sed im just a soul crying out. This really left me lost and kinda in shambles to the point I packed all my crystals up and put them away. For the last 3days I been feeling so off balanced and emotional. I haven't been playing my frequency music. I just needed to share this. All comments are welcome🙏

Big facts im the type to research everything I ever come across and yu right reflection. The only thing I fear is the wrong entity disrupting my peace but shyt even ppl can do that. Crazy thing I couldn't load the comments to the post either. She sat n my house did all that talkn but ketn her new born baby luck a chicken bone and I couldn't help but to just smh and tell the baby not to forget who he was

When you meditate try to empty your mind and just keep it empty, the goal is to keep it empty, if your mind is empty then what emotions you gonna feel? If you have a lot of anger built up it might start coming out, like little things that wouldn’t normally get you mad will get you 0-100 quickly, so you might go through mood swings but eventually as you keep doing the practice you’re gonna be okay 👍🏼 you will hear thoughts that are not your own and eventually be sensitive enough to feel emotions that ain’t even yours, it’s the emotions of people around you...it gets deep and it’s a lot to type just message me if anything, we in this together family PEACE
