I'm not sure if you guys seen last night but at 12:41 am on Friday October 21st in the sky was the moon but a whole huge outer circle accompanied it and as I look at it longer I seen a flash of strobe type of light go by to the outer of the big FIRMAMENT like circle surrounding around the moon I also have video on tik tok bout it @megamoneybmeg
