So i notice in every video he has on bracelets, rings and necklaces. and i e heard him say he wears the specific colors has the rings in certain fingers and stones for a reason and they carry a certain energy to help protect, manifest, aid him. Can anyone give me further guidance on this?

Each stone or crystal has specific properties and you choose the stone based on what you want. For example for protection you can get Black tourmaline, or Amethyst etc.. for better connection with spirit guides you can use Jade, Angelite etc. just an idea you can look up the purpose of each crystal so you choose the correct one. You should connect with the Crystal by touching to see if you feel the energy. I find that I can feel the energy by sight as well.
