awareness of the heart = awareness of the breath. When in the breath, the awareness is in the heart chakra. from the heart chakra, we can "see opportunity for growth in every moment". In the breath, we are aware of the "rupa/jing/material-essence" in our breath, in the moment, in the space everywhere. From awareness of this material-essence, thoughts "stop at" labeling good/bad yet we identify everything from discernment. from discernment we become hyper-aware of all the thought-forms and activity internally externally gross subtle near far... from this awareness of hyper-spacetime we can see "growth" across the spectrum. Where there is on movement of consciousness and energy, there comes along potentials for beauty, greatness, virtue, growth, life-affirming pocket-dimensions seemingly innately woven into the space all-together. all in the breath....looking at what is and responding with the running intelligence of spacetime itself, which even in it lies the supreme wisdom of all the buddhas and devas, gurus, and teachers...
