Hey everyone, I am new here and I purchased a subscription on here, but not online but on the app called Spaces by wick and I signed in on this app with my Apple ID email and when I click live lectures it sends me to the website on the internet . I sign in with the email connected to my apple id but on the website it says I haven’t purchased anything so i can’t watch the live lectures. If anyone knows what I should do lmk, thank you

For me and work when I had to leave the whole app and restart my phone and then reinstall the app and put my email and stuff back in there again and find the form again.
Yeah that’s what I did but still no luck
When you click the live lecture in the app it should send you to the website as you stated. After this click login not signup.

Have you logged into you email and confirmed your subscription?
I’ve tried changing the password and signing in again, with the correct email, I’m sure of, but still not showing up with my subscription 🤷🏾♂️
Make sure you use the same username and password you used to subscribe Goddess.
