So I was driving and looked to my left at random just to see this hovering in the sky and i'm not sure wether it's one of the three that I titled this as .... it has 3 green lights and 3 red lights and they were blinking after one another but in the video you couldn't see it as good as it would have been in person. This was last night when an entire neighborhood in Philly lost electricity 👁 and i'm 999% positive a solar storm was in the sky last night
