I grew up on oodles of noodles, so I know the struggle...but be careful family...the soup packet has sugar, and garlic both of which dr. Sebi indicated are harmful and shouldn't be eaten as they promote acidity in the body. Also, he stated that you want to stay away from wheat...including wheat flour which these are made of. Not shooting anyone's dreams down...I eat "MAMA" noodles occasionally lol...I just wanted to voice that as an avid follower of Dr. Sebi 💯. One love 💙
