So to get the downloads, messages, and the ability to draw energy from your higher self. The energy that only exist on that realm your higher self is on. And honestly Yalll we have multiple higher selves on multiple levels of Divinity. You can merge with all of them. To make the connection you have to be at an angelic vibration if that makes sense. Focus on your 7 Chakras and as you inhale from the root chakra.. breathe threw your nose slowly from the root and pass the energy throw your next chakras In your mind While exhaling threw your mouth when you reach the crown chakra. The higher you get when passing energy through your chakras, emotionally think of the happiest purest thoughts that make you Joyful. I’m talking that shit that makes you get happy tears… If you can reach that vibration hold that frequency and picture beautiful White light beaming from the top of your crown Chakra. Let your mind be open to Receiving and Transmitting. Now with that White energy flowing at your crown chakra level and you in that angelic vibration of happiness, You can now directly connect with your higher self for you are in a High Angelic Vibration. Think of yourself as a huge powerful transmitter. Using your emotion put out the frequency or thought. Meditating you’ll feel their energy. You’ll feel the multiple different types. You can draw energy from them and bring that energy to your vessel here. You can talk to them. You can even give them energy. Build that relationship and connection with them.
