Try to keep your back straight tho
Eye put headphones on but no music so it can be extra quiet, eye donât sit in that uncomfortable ass criss cross eye just sit up in my bed and get really comfortable like Iâm trynna go to sleep sitting up, then eye close my eyes and try to empty my mind and not think, set the timer for an hour and 9 minutes even tho I have yet to hit a whole hour, if you keep your head still and move your eyes from left to right slowly, it activates both hemispheres of the brain
You could try incorporating breath work or maybe some high frequency meditation music.
