Right, I got bad ass energy in my home x3. My body aches especially, my back and neck. It’s like they tryna block my ascension or some sht.

All they can do is try bro they wont win i get the back aches too just think of it as the more powerful u are the more they fuck with u , u just gotta push thru no matter how long it takes

Stretch, meditate, get some sun, and instead of being on social media or paying attention to the drama in the house, disconnect from that and find something you like to do or watch something on ya phone like a new show or something, instead of social media, the best thing that’s been helping me is I been trying to complete the hour meditation challenge , I’ve stopped for a couple days because I felt it was needed because it’s a powerful effect on you, like the real you been waiting to come out and all it took was trynna meditate for an hour and clear your head, it’s like everything that’s bad for you that you used to like, you not gonna wanna do but at the same time you can’t stop yourself from doing so now I’m at a weird state of mind, I know what I like to do and what I don’t like to do so why is my body moving on it’s own? Am I being controlled? It really gets that deep when you start the challenge so I recommend it, I’m more clear headed and whenever depression or suicide try to creep in my mind I instantly feel it and it can’t effect my inner peace that I obtained from meditating
