Here is an easy one. STEPS
1) Lay down anywhere and get comfortable. You don't have to lay flat on your back if another position is more comfortable for you.....but try it on your back first.
2) Its okay to cross your legs or your ankles....or not🤎
3) Make up a hand Mudra. Mix your fingers together...between both hands....as long as all or a few fingertips are touching. Interlock the fingers that are not touching at the tips.
PLACE YOUR HANDS ON YOUR STOMACH OR YOUR CHEST....IMPORTANT: Be comfortable💤💤
4) Relax.....start snoring if it comes...don't worry about any breathing patterns. That will only cause you to stress out and think your failing🤎
5) Yayyyyy......you did it!.....you are meditating.
6) Add whatever thoughts you want in your head....buy a book if you want to. Not necessary if you can't afford it.
