I know this is probably old and we already know they control the weather with like harp and chemtrails and cloud creating devices all over the world but this is just more further proof. This is basically saying controlling the weather is banned from war and the only war they did this on was a actual real war like what reflection said was the Vietnamese war. Using stuff like rain and hell and hurricanes and such. And knowing this you will realize that all them big hurricanes disasters and stuff like that was created by them and so many lives was lost by them. Hold no punches back on these evil bastards.
