Im 99% sure that’s a yes. I watched a CRAZY operation from 2am-5am 2 ish years ago. There were about 20 planes involved working in 2 groups. First they laid out cloud coverage and then went to work behind the clouds. Each would take turns. I’ll check my footage and post. Once the clouds went up I couldn’t film, but you’ll see the clouds being setup and the odd number of planes involved. It was definitely an expensive little project—I have no clue what they were doing...
Yes it's both. But I would say a weaker version of the clouds.
