Had a home birth in assisted just me and my goddess we did not get a birth certificate. our daughter passed away in her sleep at 5 months we did not report but did follow our intuition. we then had a home burial and did not break any laws. i’m not sitting nor is my goddess sitting in their jail for something we did no wrong. we have not been charged with anything but the police are pursuing charges. We are in delaware if anybody has any info we are all ears. peace love and happiness family.
