So recently I left my job that had a 401k . I got something in the mail stating I could cash out ( with them taking 20% of it and I was wondering what are y'all thoughts on this? I know the system is crashing down and I don't want the money I have in it to go to waste. I need some insight on what to do with this situation. Just want y'all raw and honest opinions
