Peace Reflection I appreciate it because a couple years ago this elder god told me it was negative entities entering my aura but that never resonated with me and it happens so consistently that I knew in my sol that it was deeper than that I just needed more insight

Always Love and true Innerstanding God 😌🙏🏾💯 You felt that in your Sol because you knew. You can tell the difference in feeling and frequency when it feels negative or meaning you harm. When you quiet your mind, slow your breathing and get into that meditative relaxation, Almost always it reveals. Especially when you set the intent for it to reveal and you’re ready to receive it. I like to sit with my hands facing upwards and open so the hand chakras can receive the energy or download. You can do it with your crown chakra as well but using that you have to be on that crown frequency to have it open to receive. A good technique is doing the main 7 chakra breathing exercise. Where you take a deep breath from your nose slowly but from the gut picturing energy entering from your root chakra in your mind. Then move it up to your sacral while feeling it and then move it to your solar plexus, then to your heart chakra while as you go up chakras you intensify your happiness or joy. When you hit the heart think about the happiest thoughts you can. At this stage I bring tears to my eyes which I know I’m at a high vibration. Then go higher to the crown picturing pure white light flowing in and out of your crown chakra. Lol watch the downloads you get then when your chakras are unblocked and energy flowing through them. Crystals help intensify it. Peace 😏🙏🏾
