After apparently surviving for a while, Egyptian Empire collapsed in the mid-12th Century BC (during reign of Ramesses VI, 1145 to 1137 BC). By beating Libyans, Sea People and Nubians, territory around Egypt was safe during collapse of Bronze Age.
