I recommend mediating in greater locations like the beach or the woods/forest nature has a way of calming your mind and if you find your self thinking you can zone in to the atmosphere around you. Usually helps me
Try to put more focus on yo breathing that helps clear yo mind
It’s ok you gon always think even when u not thinking lol if you get it but as long as you got positive energy it’s straa the ancestors know yo intentions just keep meditating you probably connected with the ancestors without even knowing
