Any ideas on how to get away from snacks and such junk like chips off my daily routine?
when i have a craving for something sweet i drink coconut water or eat fruits, still sweet in flavor but healthier than candy, cookies ect. when i want something crunchy such as chips i would replace it with peanuts. i haven’t drank soda or juice in 3 years if i ever want soda i replace it with sparkling water.. healthy alternative, you just have to find a healthy way to workaround those cravings
