6 am in the Chi and fresh off a 12 hour shift NO EXCUSES
you don’t need a gym either, go get you a push-up/pull-up bar and a couple lil dumbbells and you good or just do lots of push ups/situp/squats at home you don’t need weights calisthenics best way to go anyway…Peace reflections 👁
