Let the thoughts flow, don’t think about it and don’t fight it either, let the thoughts flow in and out, as you sit there with your eyes close, let go of everything and forgot you are even sitting there, after practicing emptying the mind move on to complete detachment, sit down and close your eyes and empty your mind like usual, once you feel the calmness just visualize your loved ones and let go of them, let go from the attachment, you have achieved PEACE, continue to spread love and keep the mind empty
