I’m SLOWLY but surely getting away from eating Sugar, Meat, I’ve just about quit Pork, this is my first Thanksgiving not eating Pork.. that’s kinda wild to me ngl lol Ham was always the highlight of my Thanksgiving but now I’m not sure if ill ever eat pork again. I’ve naturally gravitated from certain foods because of the knowledge I’ve gained from others. It feels good 💫🐉

Facts, I stop eating everything with Animal products no dairy no artificial sweeteners no meat at all 5years now . For me I had to stop everything cold Turkey
But I been eating meat less and less the past few months…I just got to the point where I cut it all off, for me it’s the fact that the animals are our creation, don’t feel right eating it when you know the truth 👁 Peace reflection
Me to I just cut off meat all together steak chicken beef pork fish…I’m 4 days in clean…it’s really not hard as you would think it’s more mental then physical
It’s going to get easier over time I gave up pork 25 years ago I just let go of the red meat and chicken but it feels better energy has gone up since
