Found this very interesting as I was recalling what I learned from the Galactic Confederation this thought popped in my head of a reptilian. This is from Teen Wolf in Season 2 they call it the Kanima. The Kanima is a Beta form of a human like reptile. The Reptile seeks out a master and they only get there maximum strength at the full moon. Also its said they can be bigger and badder where they will go into a coon created from the claws and go into a deep sleep which at that time the wings are created has a spiked tail and is more vicious (Alpha Draconian). The character name is Jackson he took on that form when he was trying to be a werewolf and instead became this due to the "inner turmoil and outward behavior" The character was rude, he felt as if he was better than everyone else and refused to be in second place.... It reminded of the Draconian/Reptilian Race
