I told y’all many times how to do this. Nobody speaks about the glandular system also called the synagogue of Satan. They can give you a taste of heaven when you take care of them or they can make you see and experience hell. The choices are ours. We either use them or they use us. Life is actually easy if we leave out the BS. We will always have challenges but once we know how to operate we can overcome any challenge even if it looks difficult at first.
