PEACE God! Gratitude Reflection for the knowledge. My husband always use Sea Moss. He is Jamaican and Irish Moss is something that is a regular item within his culture. He makes Irish Moss with the Sea Moss himself. Eye remember when he first introduced it to me 30 years ago and you didn’t hear much about sea moss here in the states back then. But is a very beneficial source for our health. His culture stand by sea moss to the utmost. Eye have learned over the years that Caribbean Islanders have a lot of our natural health remedies that has been lost in translation and use here in Amerikkka due to artificial replacements and greed.
