I got jumped by 20+ arctorians and dark elfes while astral projecting (not sure if these are the actual races but they looked like them and there was a male pleadian over watching) but I was just exploring the outermost layer of ki just as I was coming up on the dome they appeard out of no where and attacked with plasma energy spears this shit caught me way off guard I took out at least 10-12 of them but while I was trying to take a weapon from one of the bodies which was stuck to the hands of an arctorian I was stabbed in the back by a 12 -15ft tall dark elf and I was zapped by some kind of device and sent back now it's been hard to astral project. Ive been "dreaming" like crazy but when I meditate it's hard af to get into. Any advice?
