I've been trying to provide help... However when I just looked up Barrow County Jail's "current inmates" Rashad is not listed.... Where is he incarcerated at currently? I cannot provide further assistance without knowing the correct facility to file with.
UPDATE: I found where he is!! It apparently costs to file for these request's but I am on it and hopefully when I get all the information needed, I will have the funding to pay for the costs. (Not sure what the total fee's are yet)
