I noticed a Reflection post a link to the petition to sign about Rashad's situation being locked up, and I noticed she had a different petition than the new one that was posted on the uci by his family and/or team
I circled the dates on each screenshot to show y'all which was made when, I'm pretty sure since there's 2 petitions, that could be slowing down this new petition, shit there might even be more than 2 than I know about.

They trying new method, instead of taking the petition down they prob just had somebody create another one to do exactly what you just said, divert attention from the real one to the fake one (if we considering it is fake and made by a agent of the matrix). Then if the fake one hits the goal and nothing gets done, we know why but nobody else knows why
